Here on a fast wind landing the basket has tipped over and the balloon has rapidly deflated as the wind on the ground drives the air out of the balloon once the opening at the top of the balloon has been operated by the pilot to stop the balloon. In lighter winds the balloon and basket may stay upright on landing. Either are perfectly safe.
