BEVERLEY

The historic market town of Beverley provides a stunning backdrop for a hot air balloon launch. As we begin our ascent we can see the ancient Westwood, Beverley's largest common pasture, with the remarkable Black Mill windmill just below and Beverley Racecourse to the north. Perhaps we'll drift above and beyond the magnificent gothic Minster towards the gentle flatlands of Holderness that stretch eastwards towards the coast. On a clear day we'll see the Humber Bridge, the City of Hull, and the whole of the East Riding just waiting to be discovered.
